His extensive knowledge and passion for the products have developed during his near 30 years in seafood processing and wholesaling. He also owned and operated successful seafood retail businesses which quickly gained a reputation as a fine quality supplier and service provider.

Firas is our Warehouse and Transport Manager, overlooking the whole order cycle from placement, picking, packing and the trucks departure.
His meticulous style and attention to detail is vital in minimising any errors in orders.
Maintaining relationships with suppliers and sourcing specials where possible means the best availability and pricing for our customers.
Office Manager
Lisa Laxton
Lisa has been with Southern Fresh since 2013 and understands all facets of the operation of the business.
Her Administration experience spanning 30 years+ in Accounts, IT departments and Office Management positions is invaluable.
She manages the office staff and processing including accounts payable, receivable, bookkeeping, insurances & vehicle fleet.
Customer Service Supervisor
Jane Markovic
Jane is your first contact with the business when you place your orders each day.
Working split shifts, of an evening Jane receives and processes your orders, answering any enquiries and confirming your order for your peace of mind.
Each morning she works with Sam in recording the picked and packed stock to create your invoices and get the drivers on the road to you.
